It's My Birthday

I LOVE my birthday! And as the saying goes...another year older and definitely the wiser. This past year has truly been a year of growth and change, for me personally and for Flair Designery. I have learned:
  
   1.   The jerks of the world will always be jerks
   2.   As corny as it sounds, fate will step in and lead you where you are supposed to go
   3.   Trust your gut - it is ALWAYS right - whether in business, your personal life or with people
   4.   Let the anger go as it can hold you back - this goes for drama too
   5.   The Power of Etsy...the best decision I ever made for Flair Designery
   6.   Hard work and long hours really do pay off
   7.   Don't give away your work for free...people can see the heart, soul and effort in what you do
   8.   Be organized...still working on this one
   9.   Be willing to step out there on that branch and ask for it, the worst people can say is no
  10.  You have to BELIEVE IN YOURSELF because it is not up to anyone else
